About
How It Works
At DualPath, we believe in setting a gold standard for both students and professionals. Every stage of our process is designed to ensure that each match is not only productive, but also transformative for both sides.
2. Training & Preparation
Once admitted, students complete a four-week structured training bootcamp. This month-long curriculum blends skill-building workshops, accountability systems, and real-world scenario practice. The goal is to prepare students to operate at a professional standard, equipping them with organizational, communication, and project management tools before they ever begin their match.
3. Professional Matching
After training, each student is carefully matched with a vetted industry professional. DualPath takes into account career interests, personality fit, and skill sets to ensure a productive partnership. For six months, students serve as virtual assistants and mentees, contributing to meaningful projects while receiving guidance, mentorship, and feedback directly from their professional partner.
4. Six-Month Program Experience
Throughout the six-month assistantship, students balance responsibility with learning. They support real professional work while building tangible deliverables that showcase their growth. DualPath monitors progress through accountability checkpoints, ensuring that both the student and professional benefit from the collaboration.
5. Outcomes & Next Steps
At the conclusion of the six-month program, students have two options:
Continue the Match at a Discounted Rate: Students and professionals who wish to continue may extend their partnership with a reduced-cost arrangement.
Graduate the Program: Students who complete the standard program receive a Certificate of Completion and a professional recommendation letter, recognizing their dedication and achievements.
Graduates emerge with more than just credentials — they leave with real experience, mentorship, and confidence that sets them apart in college applications, internships, and future care
