What You Can Expect
Vetted Students Only – Every student has been carefully interviewed, reference-checked, and trained before being matched with you.
Custom Match – Students are paired with you based on career alignment, skill readiness, and personality fit.
Reliable Support – Students contribute 5–10 hours per week (or as determined during your application and match process) on tasks that genuinely move your work forward.
Mentorship Opportunity – While students assist you, they also learn from your guidance, building professional skills that reflect your leadership.
Accountability Matters
DualPath is designed for serious students. We use a two-strike accountability system:
First strike: Formal warning + check-in to reset expectations.
Second strike: Match replacement with another professional.
This ensures professionals always receive reliable support, and students learn real responsibility.
Accountability & Oversight
DualPath runs on a two-strike accountability system for students, ensuring that tasks are completed reliably.
Our team provides ongoing check-ins and oversight so your time is respected and your student remains on track.
If a student misses responsibilities twice, DualPath guarantees a match replacement.
Time Commitment
Your weekly hours are flexible and customized. The time commitment is set based on what you and your student agree upon during the matching process. Most students commit 2-6 hours per week, but the exact schedule is tailored to fit your goals, availability, and your specific needs.
